Let's get this show on the road

All day I kept thinking "I'll be having pad Thai tonight!". No, I'll be having pad Thai in two days. And so begins the long journey west to get to the East!

We had a great last Italian meal at home, now I am sitting contentedly at gate C35 with my new toy, this Kobo. It will be an excellent way to keep in touch, and I've loaded many books to fill these three flights. 

A month after leaving Port Rowan and my job and Norfolk friends, I can't wait to get to Asia and dive in to a new world.

Wish I knew some Thai to insert here as a send off, aside from "I'm a vegetarian".
