The thing they don't tell you about travelling with a small group of people for a month and becoming ridiculously close is how heartbreakingly painful it is to say goodbye, even when there is still so much adventure to go. The plus side is this: the lifelong friends you make on these trips are the kind that will travel, and we are determined to meet up again one day.
